Here is an easy soup recipe for when you want to warm up on these cold winter days!
Enchilada Soup
2 large cans Macayo red
enchilada sauce
1 can Las Palmas or Stoke’s green chili sauce
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 $ ½ cups grated cheddar
cheese
½ cup sour cream
2 cups cooked chicken
breast (shredded)
Mix chili sauces &
soup over low heat. Stir in cheese & sour cream until melted.
Add chicken. Heat 30
minutes on low.
Serve with grated cheese,
tomatoes, green onion, sour cream & tortilla chips.
